The Magimix Multifunctional steamer has 4 pre-set cooking programmes. 100 degrees C for meat and vegetables, 80 degrees C for fish, 60 degrees C for keeping warm and reheating and a 40 degrees C for yoghurt. The digital display for the timer is easy to use. There are two 5.5L steaming baskets with a glass lid. The top basket has a removable base for steaming larger foods such as a whole chicken. There is a boil dry feature, a buzzer will signal if the water is too low. The liquid reservoir holds 1.5 litres. The buzzer also sounds when the cooking time is complete. There is a stainless steel bowl included for steaming rice. All the parts are dishwasher safe.
