Constructed from 18/10 stainless steel, the pan is made with a 3 ply, 5mm encapsulated base which is attached under 1000 tonnes of pressure for the strongest bonding, this makes the pan energy efficient due to high heat retention. The pan has a vented stainless steel lid to ensure gentle simmering, and can be placed in the oven to finish off cooking if required.

Ideal for all heat sources including Induction, this pan is oven safe to 240oc, and is dishwasher safe. 25 year guarantee.
