This terracotta clay baker or chicken brick is ideal for making really tender chicken, can also be used for other meats, fish, soups and deserts.
To use the baker is very easy, soak the top and bottom pieces in waterfor 10 to 15 minutes, add the ingredients and place in a cold oven.
